In order to truly be effective as a leader in the new modern digital age, it is critical to focus on what will bring true fulfillment to others in your surroundings. Many people say that leadership is a form of art and I truly believe that it is a unique art form that is centered around people’s energy. To bring about progress and eliminate problems and struggles it means placing people above things and part of that comes down to how important leaders value the people in their community. It may be popular for leaders to showcase glamour, however in order to really improve and change situations it comes down to the concentration of responsibility. Being a leader may be vital in order to change circumstances. If one demonstrates the ability to follow through on tasks and solve problems on a regular basis this is the beginning of getting the job done. If one follows through in tune with a series of events of service, it is through the continued service that leadership is cultivated. Be loyal to others, but be loyal to yourself first. Although you may wish to change others, it is important to work with people as they are. The idea behind escapism can be very interesting, as it enables the human mind to avoid stress and venture off away from parts of reality that we sometimes prefer to avoid. There can be positive forms of escapism that people turn towards in order to benefit and gain more personal growth and eventually expand creativity and productivity. Some beneficial activities of escapism can include cooking, eating food, reading, writing, listening to music, playing music, playing sports, watching movies, and viewing art. For many people in our current world escapism is slowly taking over. For better or for worse, there are endless distractions with the invention of the internet and smart phones that seem to take away the human mind from regular every day tasks and chores that were required for earlier civilizations and societies. As a result of the modern age, some people have lost certain hand crafted skills. As technology has expanded there happens to be a result of people becoming addicted to avoiding reality and situations that need to be solved.
