“Mind over matter what matters.” -The Grouch (Hip-Hop Rapper) In life you have three guarantees a body, a mind, and soul that you’re born with into this world. Unless you had an unfortunate accident that occurred that inhibits your ability to use your body and mind, we all have an incredible gift and potential that we should all be extremely grateful for. The body and mind can accomplish miraculous feats when you set your vision high. What most people fail to recognize is that the way a person uses both body and mind are not guaranteed to be effective. The biggest issue in our modern day technological age, is that a lot of people have become so lazy that they’ve forgotten how to fully utilize and engage both the mind and body. Despite the massive amount of distractions that our world has, it is still greatly dependent upon our mental growth of humanity as well as our general health and well-being of our bodies. If we happened to love people as much as we love technology, there wouldn’t be a disease left in this world. If people don’t find a way to get back to their true nature as human-beings, we easily become puppet slaves to our rapidly expanding technology that now controls many peoples minds and therefore lives. Although there is benefit with our modern down technology that helps make our lives easier and more productive in certain ways, we have all simultaneously become more disconnected in our modern living. The physical closeness to one another hasn’t changed but our mental and spiritual connections have become more distant....

It is important to live life without a feeling of regret and to not become impatient when things don’t always go your way. When you don’t get an instantaneous result, just remember that all good things take time to develop and take form. Many times life may require a 7 day a week work ethic in order to get ahead and make dreams a reality. If you work very hard, but still feel like you’re falling short of your goals whether dietary, financial, fitness, relationship, or spiritual goals, remember that success doesn’t come overnight. It takes a desire to change as well as persistence each and every day dedicated to a specific goal. It’s not always what you learn in school, but what you are able to take from it and how you apply what you learn. Whether it be life skills that you can use and utilize in daily life or knowledge applicable for any profession. Remember, never say that you can’t do something until you put your full effort into truly trying something. Don’t neglect knowledge, always keep on learning and refining your skills. Focus on helping the world with a re-generation of health, vibrancy, and potential to thrive. Below is a list of quotes that I have held and written down that may help to potentially revolutionize your life: “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep the mind young.” -Henry Ford (Entrepreneur, Businessman, Industrialist) “You can’t measure spirit, but you know it’s there it is something that moves you.”...

If you haven’t heard of Dan S. Kennedy, he happens to be a business guru who helps other people across the globe start their own small businesses through his books, seminars, and teachings. He also happens to operate a website GKIC which offers packages for mentoring aspiring owners and operators. His approach is pretty direct and he happens to have some of the best advice on success in the business world that I’ve found among business authors. One of his books happens to share a lot of wisdom on how to develop a better mindset, which is my aim with this specific post. In order to give readers an idea of how Dan S. Kennedy can help improve your outlook towards the future whether it be through a job or a business, I felt like sharing some of his quotes. Listed below, is a composition of some of his best quotes from the book “How to Succeed In Business By Breaking All The Rules.” Here they are: “Shake Things up. Try doing the opposite and see if that works even better.” “Give in charity but never give in business. Place the highest possible value on your expertise and confidently present that value to the world.” “If you have a good education, by all means make the most of it. But never use a lack of formal education as an excuse and never let yourself feel inferior to those with better formal educations.” “What others perceive as arrogance may very well be the level of confidence, self-promotion, and pushiness necessary.” “Be wary of the “quitter” label. Rethink your ideas about...

Social Media With the numerous social media outlets available in the world today, it isn’t uncommon for people to become trapped into these applications. Often times social media is a battleground between people’s ego’s and a simple way for people to share their life experiences with other people whom they’ve connected with previously in life. With social media you get some pros and cons. With that said, it appears that in the modern day a lot of people seem to suffer a lot more from the cons of social media. Many people get stuck in this mindset of endless comparison to other people. When people simply forget to live their own life and sit all day comparing themselves to other people and learning about how much better certain people have it in their life, it starts to damage the human psyche. Part of my life has been spent trying to discover ways in which I could obtain more happiness, and a lot of my happiness has been achieved through living life through experiencing it through my own eyes versus staring at a computer screen or smartphone social media app. What I hope to see in the future, is a continuation of social media, but rather for a different reason. I hope to see people using social media as a way to express their thoughts as well as a way to showcase changes that occur over time. In the future we may see more people boycotting social media as well as more people limiting their time on social media in order to be more productive in regards to reaching more...
